How long will it take to receive my order?
We aim to despatch all orders within 1-2 weeks from order. Most of the UK is 48h delivery except the Highlands and Isles, which may take slightly longer.
Do items come flat packed?
All teepees arrive flat-packed for easy transport and take just minutes to assemble. Complete instructions are provided, and every set includes our exclusive non-collapse safety lock system to ensure your teepee remains perfectly sturdy and secure during active play.
What are your Teepees made from?
Poles for the teepees are made from 100% hard pine wood with plastic connectors
Teepee fabric is Cotton or poly cotton, always MEETING current CE standards
Do you make the teepees yourselves?
Yes, they are made 100% by ME
Can you do bigger or smaller sizes?
Yes (price on application)
I’ve seen a design on your Facebook/Instagram PAGE. can I order that?
Yes, please contact me in the first instance, either via email or social media message, so I can check the fabric is still available.
Will you design me a completely bespoke teepee?
Absolutely! I love doing new DESIGNS. please contact me via email or through social media pages to discuss ideas.
I would like to use my own FABRIC. is this possible?
All fabrics I use to make teepees & extras comply with Fire regulations and Current CE standards. Depending on the type of fabric, I may have to line it with an interlinear and send for a testing and this will affect the cost. Please contact me if you would like to use your own fabric, and we can discuss options.
