Every teepee we craft is made especially for you, reflecting our commitment to quality and creativity. Our Crafting Process
At Teepee Monster, we take pride in our craftsmanship. Each teepee is custom-made based on your specific order. The expected wait time for delivery is approximately two to four weeks, depending on current demand. This allows us to focus on the details to ensure you receive a high-quality, tailored product.
Custom Orders and Personalization
We understand that every child is unique, and so are their play experiences! That’s why we offer fully customized teepees and accessories. Please share your ideas and preferences when placing your order, and we will do our utmost to bring your vision to life.
Ordering and Payment
To place an order, please use our online basket facility and make payment using PayPal or credit/debit card. Payment is taken in full before your teepee is dispatched. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours after placing your order. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 72 hours, please contact us.
Take a Payment Plan:
The initial installment is non-refundable as all teepees are tailored to your unique design and preferences. If goods are faulty, please return them in unused condition, and we will replace the item or issue a full refund.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your order, you can do so within 24 hours of placing it. Cancellations must be submitted via email at [email protected] . After this period, we will begin crafting your teepee and will not accept cancellations. Bespoke and personalized orders are exempt from cancellation rights under the distance selling regulations but we are happy to discuss any matters regarding cancellation should unforeseen circumstances arise.
Return Policy
Given the customized nature of our products, we do not have a return policy. All teepees and accessories are made specifically for each customer. Teepees and accessories from the "Last Minute Ready To Post" section can be returned in unused condition within 14 days of the purchase date, unless modifications were requested, in which case they are treated as tailored, and our no-refund policy applies.
Safety Assurance
All teepees are made using cotton or polycotton fabric that complies with UK EN71 safety standards. All products are CE marked for safety, and we recommend supervision during playtime. The design features ensure easy parental access while children play safely.
